Every Home Office product is constructed from sustainable Redwood wooden frames and is protected with Teknos paint which comes with a 5 year guarantee.

The wall panels are made from 40mm foam encapsulated in 0.55mm pressed steel. These are then immersed in Plastisol to give them a unique leather-grain effect which is almost maintenance free. The panels, which also benefit from a 30 year guarantee, are specially designed to deliver excellent insulation whatever the weather.

Our double-glazed windows now come with toughened self-cleaning Pilkington K insulating glass as standard to meet current building regulations. This means that our garden rooms can be safely used as conservatories or house extensions.

The building is finished with a water resistant chipboard floor. This is reinforced with 34mm thick laminated Styrofoam to provide exemplary thermal insulation.

Each building has an integral gutter system with downpipes at the back and on each side elevation. This serves to keep water off the structure, especially the glass, which reduces the need for cleaning and helps ensure the longevity of the building.
