Insulation, insulation, insulation!

The roofs, floors and walls of our garden rooms are all insulated to the very highest energy efficiency Building Regulations.

We also use SOLAGLAS ClimaControl glazing, which delivers year round comfort with industry leading levels of heat reflection, thermal insulation, glare reduction and virtual elimination of condensation.

In addition, the roof cavity is filled with a 45mm thick CFC-free insulation core, which not only gives excellent thermal insulation but also acoustic.

All building materials have been chosen to create a comfortable Eco-friendly building that draws the minimum of energy, whether you are in the middle of a summer heatwave or in depths of a winter freeze, and for extra peace of mind also helps to reduce your carbon footprint.
